Having lived in several different places in the Middle East, and having been able to be active in Middle Eastern issues in Sweden, I want to blog about my and other whereabouts in this issues. The merging of Swedish cultures and those from the Middle East is quite an interesting phenomenon in my view – Sweden being one of the most socially liberal countries in Europe in many aspects; secular with a strong women’s movement.
